‍Urban Shark began in a modest outhouse in Adyar with a single founder and a big ambition: to raise the bar in interiors, realty, and construction. From Day 1, the focus was clear—build with purpose, design with intent.

In just two years, we completed 30+ residential interiors and 5 commercial spaces. Backed by a driven team, we proved that great design and dependable execution weren’t mutually exclusive.

Our first construction handover marked a new chapter. With 60+ interiors delivered, a larger 1200 sq. ft. office, and a team of 9, Urban Shark began to scale without compromise.

With over 1.5 lakh sq. ft. of interior spaces, 30,000 sq. ft. in realty, and 15,000 sq. ft. of construction delivered, Urban Shark opened its flagship 3600 sq. ft. office in Nungambakkam. Our team of 25 now serves Chennai’s most discerning clients.
